Review: Based on a larger than life crocodile who was last seen April 2007 and is estimated to be around the age of 65. 6 feet of chomping power ans this is the best movie that they could come up with for this? The story takes place in Africa with a country in turmoil in place. Paying more attention because a White person got caught in the crocs trap the U.S. sends a crew of reporters over there to hunt an animal while ignoring the turmoil surrounding them.

We get the service announcement from the Black people in the movie trying to tell the White people that the UN doesn’t care about Black people and how it’s all seen as Black-on-Black crime (thanks Orlando Bloom – the 7-up guy).

It’s cute that they wanted to bring attention to the fact that a 6 foot crocodile was killing people but was a movie really needed? How did this script make it past security? Was this a brain child from soneone’s jumpoff? I think the movie Alligator, released in July 2, 1980 was more exciting. Even Alligator II: The Mutation released 1991 kept my attention.

Despite following a true life story this movie should have been passed right on by. Think Anaconda but with a crocodile – and a bit more boring.

No blades will be handed out. Must be saved for movies who could use them. Let the haters tear this one up. The sooner the better. Bad movie anyway you look at it. This could have been kept as a news or documentary piece.

10 handcuffs to Caesar for a DVD quality movie.
