A Watchung, N.J., businessman is hanging in there with his belief that the window display at his Halloween Scene store of a man in a noose is nothing more than a prop resembling a decaying person and not that of a black man.
As if this world didn’t have enough people making dumbass moves along comes another one. What the hell happened to hanging witches on brooms or pumpkins? Not even a Black cat was enough for this dumbass?
