The Return of the True Gossip Queen

Wendy Williams, The Queen of All Media, began the official run of her television show (The Wendy Williams Show). With a twist in concepts she has given new life to the talk show world. She rarely sells gossip for truth and actively seeks out confirmation. With a large audience base ready to assist her in flushing out the lies, she attempts to stay on point. Her guests are usually good and she tries to keep things entertaining. This show can be seen three times in New York City alone and is syndicated nation-wide (I’m an AM viewer for now).

The preview run was interesting and had my attention so I can only imagine what will be done for the official season. The key thing to keep in mind is that most of what gets said on this show should be taken with a grain of salt – at least for me. The very gorgeous Vanessa Williams was her guest once more and helped Wendy kick things off right. With a performance of her new single, “Real Things,” V. Williams set the stage for a great season. Her album officially drops September 1, 2009 and TBC will be there checking it out ASAP.
