spring cleaning

springcleaning took time to re-evaluate my world. a month of much needed re-evaluations and clarity was what this spring cleaning brought. not simply a spring cleaning of material items; but of emotional clutter as well. as the world changes so does my perception and emotional needs. how to i expect to evolve as an individual with a cluttered spirit? as an adult who grows out of the need for childish things, my spirit grows out of the need to hold on to childish thoughts. being child-like is too many times confused with being child-ish. the child-ish side of me has had its moment to shine, now it must be laid to rest as i have come to the cross-roads where I no longer need its comfort from times past.

spring cleaning has allowed me to see the steps needed in my life for elevation and where my weaknesses still remain. at no time does shame enter the realms of my being for it has no place. no place is left either for those who wish to bring shame to my doorsteps. during my time of evaluation i have realized the amazing life and opportunities that have greeted me along my journey thus far. i have also recognized the need for continuous re-evaluation as no one will ever be perfect. i have ceased to be a reflection of the bastardized reality i face daily. i have ceased to fear trash that has no power except for what i feed it.

ushering a death throughout nature gives rise to a birth of spirit. this will be a step to rebirth and grow of not only nature’s spirit, but of my spirit as well.
