When the word was out that this brother and sister duo was making their second appearance on a record together – the fans went wild. I could not wait to see how this collaboration would turn out since the first one had one of the siblings behind the scenes. To see both front and center would be amazing – or so I hoped.
I am proud to say that I was not disappointed. The two not only allowed their solo stardom fall to the background, but they were able to get along and enjoy the creation that they were a part of. All the “making of” clips only helped to build the anticipation. This was when MTV was the place to go for “World Premiere” videos, now you can catch all that on YouTube or somewhere online.
Gone are the times when you’d call up your circle to view the video for the first time; gone are the times when being one of the first to see a video was prestigious. Now you catch it when you can – even if it’s months down the line. Let’s relive one of the last special “World Premiere” videos together:
