The big name of the year has become HARRP and it’s not being said at the Grammys or any other musical events. It’s being said in government war rooms and “conspiracy forums.” The HARRP (High Frequency Active Auroral Research Program) is a sonic machine that manipulates the Earth’s plates through electromagnetic interference and most people who are aware of earlier discussions of the invention are aware of its existence and what it can do. The real question is why create such a destructive instrument? What is the advantage to destroying a piece of the Earth? Political gain? Money in reconstruction? Perhaps like most infants needing to explore just because or having a thirst from a lack of knowledge, these folks that engage in this technology truly no not think beyond their momentary gratification. Then again, the conspiracy enthusiast in me could simply be blowing all this mythological talk out of proportion.
