Gotti’s Long Gone

The show opens up this week with Irv’s wife-in-limbo speaking to their son, Sonny, about the possibility of the parents getting a divorce. He breaks down and shows that he cannot take the thought of his parents being divorced. W-I-L attempts to tell Sonny that the way the marriage is currently is not the way a true marriage should be. She’s right! Sonny is only concerned, as most children would be, about his father no longer being his father if the divorce goes through. Mom dukes lets him know that they are a strong family. The youngest son said he was only cryin’ because Sonny was crying. The kids will be alright.

Unfortunately, the next stage was showing Ja Rule attempting to finish his record. Seems that Murder, Inc. is focusing on reviving through Ja Rule’s career. Good luck with that. 50 Cent pretty much shut that down and things have never been the same. This Body song is currently on the charts but nothing compared to what the show is trying to boost it up to be. They claim he has another single about to drop, but only time will tell.

irvgottimugshot Irv is upset that W-I-L spoke to the son about the relationship and felt she was a dumb ass. Irv seems to be living in fantasy land beyond the music industry. He has brought that into his personal life also. Because the son is 10, Irv felt that they can speak to him when he gets older. Irv makes no sense and because the son is emotional, he feels that they only bring it up when shit hits the fan. Irv fails to realize that Sonny is also living in fantasy land and truly believes that the family will get back together. All because Irv cannot get his shit together, he’s using Sonny’s lightweight capabilities to keep the bullshit going.

Leave Irv and let the ink dry on the papers. Be done already. The W-I-L is showing her fantasy dreams by projecting her emotions in the conversation as to what she’s going through. As Irv is feeling the heat he cusses out the camera crew & tells them to get the F out. Why fight? I have arguments, I rather you bail the F out of a relationship than have a never-ending argument going on. Irv is blaming the show for making Deb (W-I-L) cry when it was his foolish discussion that had her get emotional. They were not speaking about the show or productions or the camera crew, it was YOU…. DUH!

Irv goes out to speak to his son, Sonny, and he begins to cry. Then Irv goes into a story about the birth of Sonny and the story could have been told off camera. At least he stepped up and said that his marriage isn’t the “role model” type of marriage. Instead the boy should look towards his grandparents for that type of model. Ah, life in New Rochelle, New York. Irv keeps saying that he cannot sop sleeping with other women but he will always be there to support the family and be protective of them. At least Irv spoke my words – “this is the stupidness of Irv Gotti.” (His words).

Thanks to Vanessa Carlton supplying the soundtrack to the last segment, W-I-L shows that she’s still hurt over the break-up but is trying to move on past Irv. Hopefully they can figure it out. Just can’t wait to know that it will not be played out on my television
