After locating this story through blogged.com I started thinking: “Should the US. adopt the ways of China in this instance?” Once the country was being embarrassed by the scandal that was tainted milk, the government (powers that BE) said “Hell No!” and put the two they deemed responsible to death. They didn’t hide that they did it and were not apologizing.
Now I don’t back killing off folks that you do not agree with (seeing that the world is doing enough of that as it is); however, I do say stop the fools who poison others dead in their tracks (pun intended). How many times must we in the U.S. hear stories of conglomerates knowingly poisoning their consumers and the government looking the other way? How many times must we continue to sit back and be attacked through food, air, and liquids all because some greedy son of a bitch wants money and to rid themselves of “troubled” folks they don’t want to take care of?
When will we stand up and rebuke the bullshit?! This is not to say that all farmers are hunting down industry chemicals to intentionally poison the lot of buyers, but even the judicial law says that ignorance of the law is no excuse for breaking the law and doing wrong. Everyone wants to “enhance” their products to fool another set of idiots who really believe that they can continue to eat foul shit and be “healthy.” Stop the damn madness already.
According to the story, “A court statement said that Mr Zhang had been executed “for the crime of endangering public safety by dangerous means”. Mr Geng had been found guilty of producing and selling toxic food.” Well, as a T.B.C.er pointed out, who’s going to execute the jerks at Monsanto and the FDA? That’s one hell of a fabulous question and I’m waiting to hear a response on that bad boy. I’ll venture out and say “no one” as folks either STILL don’t know how grimy Monsanto and the FDA are and can get, or they are so damn protected that a “savior” would not be able to get close enough to plant the sentence right between the eyes of our murderers.
oh well, I can revert back to my childhood and wish upon a star like Jiminy Cricket taught me.

You won’t hear Jiminy, but with this, you will hear crickets.
