Black News Is Popular Again!

Years after firing the news anchors because they, BET (Black Entertaining Trash), fed the public the notion that Black people were not interested in news. We still remember when the story broke. The network has recently decided that Blacks are once again worthy to be milked. Some dude named Jeff Johnson has been deemed “the one” to give the Black perspective to news. What the hell is the Black perspective? All ghetto issues will be addressed? If at least one person involved is not Black then there’s no need to notify the Black folks?

According to the Daily News, Johnson has noticed that there are stories that effect Negros but they seem to miss the warmth of the spotlight. We at TBC are simply glad that someone told us or we would have missed this event. The new show is called The Truth with Jeff Johnson and will begin to air Friday at 11 PM. They claim that this show has a goal. We’ll see how long it takes before they begin to interview rappers regarding beefs and pole dancers on who they slept with in the industry.

Johnson says that the show is to provide news and substance. The show will be filmed in NY on Thursdays and shown the following evenings. Maybe Black news happens only on Thursdays. We’ll tune in to watch the next canceled show of BET.
