The HAARP Conspiracy theorists are on the loose and they believe that the current natural disaster activities are the proof they’ve been waiting for. The theories suggest that top manipulators in both private and government organizations are at the core of these Unnatural disasters as they attempt to perfect their terrorist tactics. It seems that the High-Frequency Active Auroral Research Program (HAARP) is supposed to be an isonospheric heater that has and still is being used as a weapon against the unsuspecting. This device was originally supposed to improve communication between submarines and has cost about $250 million building. The isonosphere is the electrically-charged sphere that surrounds the upper atmosphere of the Earth. The theory further discusses that the HAARP shoots out a beam that boils the isonosphere and the beam bounces back to Earth penetrating all that it comes into contact with – living and dead.

Knowing this information one may ask who would want to use beams to heat up the Earth’s upper atmosphere if we are suffering from “global warming?” Many conspiracy theorists suggest that the US government is one of the powers that uses the HAARP technology in order to impose its will on countries that possess items or territory that the US or its allies want. From Tsunamis to Earthquakes, almost all Unnatural disasters are being blamed on the HAARP and Haiti is simply a new casualty. Will these terrorist theories pan out or will they prove to be another over hyped notion created by fear mongers? Only time will tell.
