New Bootlegged Grading
Movies & Music have gotten so bad and redundant that we're adding grades and it won't be pretty. Let's not get things confused as grades are not always reflective of blades. All reviews will have these grades so things will get interesting. Here's a quick rundown of what the grades will be.
A is for Awesome. If the movie is on point it will get the top grade. From what we've seen so far most films & albums will never see this.
B is for Beware of a potentially bad film or album. Some of these type films & albums are becoming novelties and some have become classics. Regardless, the Suck-Ass Level can go either way.
C is for Crazy or Crappy that this film/album got made. For those films/albums that weren't B material they get the C stamp. These films are so horrible that even the actors/artists don't believe the scripts they read or the lyrics they sing.
WTF is for What The Fuck were you thinking? This is for the worst films/albums ever made, the shock that they were made, and the shock that someone asked for money from viewers/listeners. It's the grade that will be used when even the reviewer is questioning their own sanity for viewing the Crap Fest on Screen or burned to a disc.
These grades could get switched around without notice. You may even be shocked by some of the grades handed out or perhaps you'll totally agree. Either way, here goes! We've gone mobile!

About Us Bootleggers…
Support GOOD Entertainment.
Here we try to speak on what's being dumped into, what we call, the Whirlpool Of Shame (W.O.S.) otherwise known as the Entertainment Industry. This goes for all types of media no matter what!
Named W.O.S. because no matter how talentless one truly is, there's someone out there willing to give up money to listen or watch one complete their journey to Foolishness... They are even willing to conduct interviews on Broken Boulevard & Behind the Music to help get the rest of us to believe the lies they told you.
The Bootlegger's Chronicles does NOT condone nor condemn the art ofbootleggingStreet Vending or "piracy" as the W.O.S. would like to call it. We do NOT MAKE the creations simply review them.

Return of a Depressing Price
Why is she so damn upset? Kelly either is in love with someone not treating her right, returning the love, or just jumped out of love. This album was on the brink of becoming a theme song for folks who want to slit their wrists. WTF? The up

Rowland Finally Sheds Destiny’s Cursed Shadow
Kelly Rowland has not had luck with a power album since the [much appreciated] disbanding of Destiny’s Child – a group that has seen almost as many line-up changes as The Supremes. Rowland has had hit singles, but never an album. Her last two were

Scott Shines on New Project
Growing as a strong actress and returning to her main craft, Jill Scott has returned with a great project. The Light of the Sun has the smooth Philly DBPC flavor that Scott is known for. There just

The Id of Gray
Folks need to stop sleeping on Gray. It feels that Macy Gray is my generation’s Annie Lennox. A bit out there but worth the trip. With The Id, Gray has brought her tone of sanity to the forefront and doused it with insane.

Remembering When Jennifer Hudson Was Good
Once again I find myself struggling with an album from Jennifer Hudson. This project seems like a Mary J Blige special (depressing women looking for love, may have found it, they love themselves, are loved by God, who the hell knows).

Are Boyz II Men The Remedy?
Listening to what Boyz II Men have produced, I must say their music has been consistent. Some may not take to their R&B style but they favor combining the classic R&B sound with some contemporary mixes. These fellas from Philly have rarely disappointed me

Pieces of Ledisi = An Entire Genius

An Amazing Sellout
The Sellout is another winner for Macy Gray. Always outrageous but straight to the point, Gray never ceases to entertain and enlighten. The rock/soul album was enjoyable to listen to and will become part of my morning wake up.

Bringing Love To The Forefront
Calvin Richardson has become a sweet addition to the Bootlegged Reviews Collection of Awesome Artists. The unlikely event I have to thank for introducing me to this artist is The Grammy’s. The committee nominated

I Used To Love Someone
At the beginning of the second snow “storm” of the Winter season of 2010-2011 I’m letting Anthony Hamilton warm up the night for me. With this single, “I Used To Love Someone,” from his

Ne-Yo the Intern?
This is a sketchy find being that Amazon has become known as the spot that promos fraudulent albums for sale. This seems to be such an album. Not noted anywhere but on sketchy sites, forums, and Amazon, The Apprenticeship of Mr. Smith (The Birth of NE-YO) is seriously suspect, but a hot album.

Leela Ain’t New 2 Dis!
Gorgeous & talented. Damn. The sultry singer has returned with another powerful album and she’s putting her stamp on things. With a mix of consciousness and fun, Leela creates a great album to relax or jam to. Strong lyrics, music, and vocals can all be experienced on this album proving that it is possible to be marketable, have fun, and be a talented singer all at once (such a rare find now a days in the six artists

Love Lost 4 Sullivan?
Absolutely not! Jazmine Sullivan has returned with her latest project, Love Me Back. Sexy vocals, strong lyrics, and sensual tracks combine to create an album worth having. The sultry singer has returned to a scene that has been redefined by the ‘Glee’ actress/singer Amber Riley who portrays Mercedes who redefined Bust Your

The Amazement of Nina Simone
Nina Simone is one of those artists whose master pieces are distinguishable and untouchable. Like legends such as Michael Jackson, Simone is irreplaceable and was a genius. Her music has been used in films, musicals, television, ballet performances, and has been the inspiration for fellow musicians.

Falling In Love with Boyz II Men All Over Again
Ever since Michael McCary left the group the fellas seemed to have slowed down, but they’ve managed to hold on to their Philly smoothness that catapulted them into the spotlight. This album, Love, has the fellas tackling top fave love songs and not simply the typical Motown classics they covered in another album

Does Richie Still Have What It Takes?
The last album released by Lionel Richie was more proof of Richie’s desires to try and produce music that is true to himself but still represent the current times in music. There were some songs that I couldn’t gel with but the overall album was decent. His hit single Just Go was good but not the best he’s done. There were times when songs sounded the same because of

Ashley Judd seems to have added her happy ass to the long list of folks in denial of the monster that their precious industry (the W.O.S.) has created. Judd has taken it upon herself to reiterate the obvious while ignoring the giant wizard puppeteer behind the puppets.
espite the truth that there are no set programs, more than half of the shows are unconfirmed, the first week or more have only been previews of what MIGHT be shown, and more than half of all television viewers have yet to see anything on the OWN Network, mainstream
2010 has been another year where the WOS Celebs have stepped their game up in the category of bullshit, hot mess, and sloppiness. Yesterday, two WOS young bloods were in battled in another Internet War of Words. Twitter has become the "safe zone" to attack folks behind a computer and have the fans directly involved. Instant bullshit brought to everyone's and anyone's computer screens - whether asked for it or not.
As many gleam over the multiple of things that has been added to her list of "deeds" which deed became her turning point. ... Negating her sexuality (that has little to do with her public actions as far as I'm concerned) what is really going on with her? ... She doesn't seem to read or comprehend some of the books she pushes through her "book club" being that two frauds have been discovered. She only "confronted" one of the frauds because the other media began to question her intelligence and if she and her cohorts even fact checked their information.
