On 12/04′s Judge Judy, James Augustine, Jr. was sued by Bryan Diamond for assault. Diamond is the ex-hubby of Augustine, Jr.’s current wife. This drama started when Diamond allowed his bitterness for his wife’s new situation to take over. Diamond’s sloppy ass is STILL in arrears for child support but has the audacity to file a child support court order now that he has the two children. The law has him receiving the same amount of money that he was supposed to pay but failed to. Diamond clearly took over custody for the money and spite.
The new husband offered a settlement of the current child support times 2.5 more, a college fund for one child, and a brand new car for the other. The offer was refused by Diamond who demanded extra money, no car and no college fund, and for his back child support to be wiped out. WTF? And folks think only Blacks are sloppy when it comes to back child support. Congrats Diamond, you’ve officially become a Hot Mess Nominee.
To top it all off, this ass wanted $5000 for the deserving punch in the face he got from Augustine, Jr. Diamond attempted to claim that he was a full-time parent during the day, which was a bold-faced lie. After an alleged altercation, Diamond claims that Augustine, Jr. punched him repeatedly in the face. Judge Judy said that he was greedy and was creating a bad situation for his children. Since he claimed that his teeth were cracked, Judge Judy asked him to roll up to the bench and show her the damages. Apparently a person can be punched on the left side of the face and have injuries on the right – NOT!
Augustine, Jr. explained that Diamond was taking pictures of his car for “evidence” during the child support hearing and was only after his money. Even had the lawyer request $4000/month for each child. Now what the hell would he need with all that money when he could not rub $1000 together to financially support his children. Now he was dipping his grubby paws into the pockets of a man who handles his business already. Diamond even went after Augustine, Jr.’s homeowner’s insurance. Now that’s grimy. In the end AJ was ordered to pay $1000 but giving Diamond a busted lip.

Ashley Judd seems to have added her happy ass to the long list of folks in denial of the monster that their precious industry (the W.O.S.) has created. Judd has taken it upon herself to reiterate the obvious while ignoring the giant wizard puppeteer behind the puppets.
espite the truth that there are no set programs, more than half of the shows are unconfirmed, the first week or more have only been previews of what MIGHT be shown, and more than half of all television viewers have yet to see anything on the OWN Network, mainstream
2010 has been another year where the WOS Celebs have stepped their game up in the category of bullshit, hot mess, and sloppiness. Yesterday, two WOS young bloods were in battled in another Internet War of Words. Twitter has become the "safe zone" to attack folks behind a computer and have the fans directly involved. Instant bullshit brought to everyone's and anyone's computer screens - whether asked for it or not.
As many gleam over the multiple of things that has been added to her list of "deeds" which deed became her turning point. ... Negating her sexuality (that has little to do with her public actions as far as I'm concerned) what is really going on with her? ... She doesn't seem to read or comprehend some of the books she pushes through her "book club" being that two frauds have been discovered. She only "confronted" one of the frauds because the other media began to question her intelligence and if she and her cohorts even fact checked their information.
